SUBMIT YOUR SCHEDULE

 We ask one finalized league schedule be submitted by your league representative to avoid any duplicate games and discrepancies between dates/times/locations. Due to the different restrictions and guidelines for each district, NCSOA  will do their best to accommodate all circumstances. However, we cannot guarantee officials at all games. We will notify the league representative for any issues that may occur. 


 Please use the designated scheduling template below to send the entire league’s schedule to NCSOA using the guidelines listed below. You may also enter NON-League games onto the schedule for official assignments. 


 Tournaments may be submitted separately. Please note that NCSOA does not track stats per league, only games scores. 


 SUBMIT SCHEDULE – Use STUNT Schedule Upload below to submit schedule ONLY. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt. Otherwise, please contact NCSOA if you have not received confirmation within 72 hours. Include the following information on your league’s schedule:

      Date & Time: MM/DD/YYYY, Day of the Week, 00:00 AM/PM (Example 02/22/22 ,Tuesday, 6:00 PM) 
Level: Varsity/JV/Junior High/Age group (18u, 14u, 11U)
Site: Host High School, Gym
Home: Team A
Away: Team B
Bill To: Billing School (default will be hosting school if one is not listed)

SCHEDULING GUIDELINES

FINAL League Schedules are due to NCSOA December 15th.

  1. League games should be scheduled on weekdays.
  2. Start time of games should be no earlier than 5pm.
  3. A recommended minimum of 3 consecutive games must be scheduled on a given date (this does not mean the same team needs to play all games – please refer to our game scheduling format below for options). For less than 3 games at one location/date due to county/school restrictions, please contact CASOA.
  4. Games should be scheduled every hour (example: 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, & 7:00 pm). You may add an additional 15 minute period to allow for restrictions.
  5. Facilities need to be available 1 hour prior to first game start time.
  6. Teams will be required to have a minimum of 6 games on their league schedule to be considered for the section tournament (*subject to change per each CIF section).

GAME SCHEDULING FORMAT

The below are different options of how to format your games on a given day.

Example 1: Round Robin Format
Game 1 – Team A plays Team B
Game 2 – Team B plays Team C
Game 3 – Team A plays Team C

Example 2: One host school with multiple teams playing
Game 1 – Team A plays Team B
Game 2 – Team C plays Team D
Game 3 – Team E plays Team F

Example 3: One host school with two teams playing (due to restrictions)
Game 1 – Team A plays Team B
Distancing period – 15-30 minutes between games
Game 2 – Team B plays Team A

Example 4: Two host schools within 15 mile radius (due to restrictions)
Location 1: Game 1 – Team A plays Team B
Officials travel period – 45-60 minutes between games
Location 2: Game 2 – Team C plays Team D

PAYMENTS

  Invoices for Assigning Fees will be sent out November 15th to all schools participating in the 2025 STUNT Season.  Host schools will be responsible for all official fees for the games located at their sites. Officials Fees will be invoiced one time in February for the entire season.  We will send out any updated invoices prior to the end of the season if necessary.  All past due invoices must be paid in full prior to any officials being assigned for the upcoming season. Payments will be made directly to NCSOA ONLY.  


2024 Season 

$150 Assigning Fee per school per season 

Official Fees is $50 per official, per game,  (standard crew of 2 officials per game, please request 3 officials and NCSOA will do our best to fill 3) = $100-$150 a game. 

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

The proposed schedule for a tournament must be submitted to NCSOA no later than 4 weeks prior to tournament date. Confirmation of the tournament will be 2 weeks prior to tournament date. Exact
teams do not need to be submitted on a schedule until 1 week prior to tournament date. Please use scheduling template and submit below. When submitting to NCSOA, please label Excel Sheet as NAME OF TOURNAMENT_DATE OF TOURNAMENT MMDDYYYY (example: NCSOATournament_01012020).

GAME SCHEDULE TEMPLATE GUIDELINES

When using NCSOA template, please use instructions below: Enter all the information into the NCSOA STUNT Schedule Excel Sheet for your entire league’s schedule. Please save the Excel Sheet as “LEAGUE NAME_SUBMISSION DATE MMDDYYYY” (example: NCSOALEAGUE_01152023). Please do not abbreviate your league name as we have several leagues with the same letters. Note, assignments of officials is not guaranteed for all games. Templates not submitted properly maybe delayed in approval. 


 *Please submit your schedule along with your 2025 NCSOA Officials Contract for invoicing and assignment fees (see below). Invoices/billing will be sent to host schools. 


 Entering data into column

 

  1. Date – Enter games by chronological order. Enter format as MM/DD/YYYY (example: 01/01/2022)
  2. Time – Enter format as HH:MM AM/PM (example: 05:15 PM).
  3. Day of the week - Enter the day of the week, no abbreviations.
  4. Level – GIRLS VARSITY.
  5. Number of Officials - Either 2 or 3 Officials (If you select 2 the hosting school will supply a referee USA Trained)
  6. Home Team – Enter the home team, no abbreviations.
  7. Away Team – Enter the away team,  no abbreviations.
  8. Site – Enter the site where the game will be played, no abbreviations.
  9. Site Facility– Enter the Facility that will be used at the location, example: Large Gym, Small Gym., no abbreviations.
  10. Bill to Person – Enter party that is responsible for paying official and assigning fees (who is being invoiced for the fees). Please make sure this is accurate for your league/district/section.
  11. Bill To Full Address - Enter the full address that the bill is to be sent to.
