USA CHEER Certification and Membership is required in order to gain access to STUNT Officials training, and access to the game scheduling site.  

USA Cheer Membership (can be completed now) Certification 

1.  Visit   https://usacheer.webpoint.us/
2.  Complete 2026 USA Cheer Membership for STUNT Official ($50)  
3.  Complete the following and/or upload documents:     

•  Background Screening  (through USA Cheer) * must be processed prior to Officials training
•  USA Cheer waiver, and maltreatment acknowledgment
•  STUNT: 2026 Officials Training Course opens on January 1, 2026! 

 NCSOA Annual Membership Fee – $75.00 - (Those who attend in person training will receive a reduced membership fee of $50)  

1. Fill out this W-9, you will need to upload it on the Google form in step 2 NCSOA Officials w-9
2. High School/Club Stunt Officials ........Fill out the member application and attach all required files: https://forms.gle/uoEuYM7ztEDJeK9XA
3. Check your email for a dues invoice through PayPal or send payment via link below in step 3.

Once all forms and membership payment(s)  have been verified, check for an email with your Arbiter log-in and password.
